Do candidates pay?
No. Candidates browse and apply completely free. The employer who benefits from filling the shift pays the fee.
What is one shift?
One shift = one live listing. You can re-list the same role as many times as you like — each listing is a separate post.
How does the trial work?
Sign up, post up to 3 shifts, watch replies come in. No card needed. After 14 days your desk stays open but you'll need a paid post to add more.
Can I cancel the shop plan?
Yes, any month. No annual contracts. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
What if I need more than one post but less than the shop plan?
Buy multiple single posts. Each runs for 30 days independently.
Is the pay rate required?
Yes. We require a pay field on every listing. It's the biggest factor in application quality.
